In the spirit of Read Write Poem, this place, We Write Poems, is meant to be a welcoming and kindly home for people who write poems to both learn and share their poems. Please keep that in mind in any comments you share with others – be encouraging and appreciative.

Unless explicitly invited or requested by a specific participant, please refrain from offering poem criticisms in your comments to others. We are here first and foremost to be encouraging. And even when criticism is invited, please do so in a good natured and kindly manner.
